Discuss a Transaction
OVERVIEW

Built around judgment and discipline.

01

Define the transaction objective

Sabaody Capital Partners advises on sell side, buy side, infrastructure and resource opportunities by first defining the objective, responsibilities and required workstreams.

02

Engage the right counterparties

The firm then engages the counterparties and specialist advisors best suited to the opportunity, combining transaction judgement with direct senior involvement.

03

Coordinate execution

Coordinated execution keeps decisions clear, responsibilities allocated and every workstream moving toward the intended outcome.

Investors and strategic buyers requiring targeted access to fragmented, off-market or selectively sourced opportunities.

Independent legal, technical, financial, tax and regulatory advisors are engaged where their expertise is required.
