Information you provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, organisation, role and information about a transaction inquiry. The website form requests a name, email address and message. Please do not include detailed nonpublic or commercially sensitive information before suitable confidentiality arrangements have been established.
Contact form and email
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address and message are sent to our Vercel-hosted server function and passed to Resend to send an email to our transactions inbox. The email services involved process the correspondence. Your email address is used as Reply-To so we can respond. A success message confirms that Resend accepted the inquiry for sending, rather than guaranteeing delivery to the mailbox. You may also contact us using your own email application. The website does not save form contents in browser storage or send them to analytics.
Use of inquiry information
Inquiry information is used to contact the person, company or advisor who made the inquiry and to respond to that request. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or shared for unrelated purposes. Providing an inquiry is voluntary; without suitable contact information we may be unable to respond.
Website analytics
The live website uses Umami Cloud for cookie-free website analytics. The analytics script loads when a page is opened. Analytics measures page visits, referral information, browser and device characteristics, and events such as navigation, button clicks and contact-form interactions. Our custom events use fixed labels and do not contain the name, email address or message entered in the form. Query strings and fragments are excluded from tracked page addresses. Umami receives technical network information when its script or analytics service is requested. Umami describes its tracker as cookie-free; this does not mean that no technical information is processed.
Hosting and fonts
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical requests to deliver pages, images and other assets. Security controls limit contact-form requests by source IP. The form handler uses temporary salted hashes and counters for its own rate limit; hosting and security services may process request metadata. Fonts are served from the same website hosting as the pages; the site does not request fonts from Google Fonts. The website does not store the contents of the contact form in browser storage.
Retention and transfers
Inquiry correspondence and the contact details submitted with it are normally retained for 24 months after the last contact, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing engagement or by law. The business is based in the United States. Hosting, email and analytics services may involve processing in the United States and other countries. For information about the retention periods and transfer arrangements applicable to your information, contact transactions@sabaodycapital.com.
Your privacy rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and data portability where the relevant conditions are met. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, email transactions@sabaodycapital.com. You may also complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you normally live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.
